Carolina Stairs’ products are built in a shop environment where every detail of the manufacturing process is closely monitored. Each piece of lumber is inspected by a trained technician and cut with precision machinery to ensure stringers are square and treads and risers are tightly fitted.

Carolina Stairs are constructed with a mortise and tenon design and a built in skirt. During assembly stairs are glued, screwed and stapled to ensure strength and durability. This attention to detail guarantees a high quality stair that meets building code requirements.
